Engage Contracting continues to play an active role in Hill Air Force Base construction, where our work is helping support vital future military defense and research efforts. From new construction at Falcon Hill to selective demolition at the DRMO Complex, both projects demonstrate the trust placed in our teams to perform with precision, transparency, and accountability.
At Falcon Hill, our crews recently broke ground on the new Draper Laboratory facility. Utility work—water, power, sewer, and gas—is underway. This facility is the first of several planned at Falcon Hill, designed to support advanced research, testing, and development for national defense. For Engage, it is an opportunity to contribute to a greater mission that extends well beyond the jobsite.
Across the base, our team is also leading the DRMO Complex Demolition. The work is centered on mitigating lead paint from the floors and walls, along with the abatement of asbestos-containing materials. Once cleared, the warehouses will be demolished and the site will be returned to grade, paving the way for future development.
Projects at Hill Air Force Base bring unique challenges. Every task requires detailed planning weeks in advance, strict compliance with safety standards, and three-phase quality control. The process is deliberately methodical to ensure that nothing is left unfinished. Our base partners trust our teams to be truthful, accurate, and consistent.
That responsibility aligns directly with Engage’s core value of integrity first. On base, success is not just about technical skill; it is about honesty, reliability, and respect for the client. Inside the gate loyalty runs deep, and our people understand the weight of the work they are doing.
We are proud of the progress being made at Hill Air Force Base and proud of the teams who are leading the effort!
